Like all the other Jeezini, it melts and you will love it in "croque monsieur" or toasties for its luscious, creamy texture, but its strong character makes it the perfect cheese to melt over potatoes and vegan "cured meats", French raclette style! Also delicious cold in a sandwich or in strips in a salad. Without palm oil or GMOs.
Ingredients: water, vegetable oils 23% (70% of shea butter and 30% coconut oil), potato starch, modified starch, sea salt, emulsifiers: sodium polyphosphate and sodium citrate , citric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (vegan sources), vegan flavouring, olive extract, beta carotene for colour.
