This cheese takes its inspiration from the Alpine cheeses and and this vegan version is a real treat. Delicious melted or cold, its smoky flavor is irresistible. In cubes in a salad, grated in a risotto or with pan-fried potatoes, slices in a sandwich or heavenly creamy in a toastie. Palm oil free.
Ingredients: Water, vegetable oils (23% (70% shea butter and 30 % coconut oil)), potato starch, modified starch, sea salt, emulsifier (sodium polyphosphate), sodium citrate, citric acid esters of mono and diglycerides, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids (vegetable source), vegan flavorings, smoke flavoring, sorbic acid, beta carotene.
