Gianduja - the inspired addition of hazelnut to chocolate! Solkiki have added organic Italian Piedmont hazelnut to their white chocolate, which really allows the hazelnut flavours to shine. Stoneground for days like all their chocolates, it is super smooth and melts slowly to give a very satisfying experience for brain and body. 

Solkiki's chocolates are rare jewels and unlike anything on market: theyare one of the few bean-to-bar makers in Europe and useminimally-processed tiny batches of the best ingredients in the world. The bean, soil and climate found in a particular plot of land('Terroir') produces a chocolate unique to that plot. Solkiki's missionis to highlight these unique differences without compromising on flavouror integrity. Their cocoa beans are carefully sourced from singleplantations and their chocolates are hand-processed at every step usingintricate techniques all in the name of flavour and nutrition. There areno added fats which demands a higher level of artisan skill sinceundiluted cacao is difficult to work with. This also means that theindicated cocoa % is lower, but is indeed much more potent since it purebean and no has not been mixed with other fats. Organic and made in a100% renewably powered workshop.
