Orders are recorded and processed upon receipt , in chronological order and shipped as soon as possible after confirmation of payment by credit card or after receipt of check.
Delivery is made within 24 hours by TNT relay point or home after pick-up by the carrier. The average shipping time is 1 to 3 working days (excluding holidays) depending on the number of orders to be processed.
Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays and delivered by TNT before 13.00 the following day (or early afternoon in rural areas) .
Buying an insulated packaging and cold storage is recommended for the products category "vegan meat" and "vegan cheese" and some " chocolate " (truffles Booja Booja example). If the customer chooses not to purchase these itmes, he/she agrees to take the risk that the products may arrive in a state incompatible with their consumption.
The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. The customer should always check the package upon delivery. The customer has 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of damage. The packaging ensures product freshness for 48 hours.
To ensure delivery in the best conditions, we invite you to add as much detail as possiblewith your shipping address (door code, floor, building number, alternative address ...). The vegan shop cannot be held responsible if the order can not be delivered in the event of incomplete information.
Are considered force majeure releasing the seller (The vegan shop ) its obligation to respect the delivery : the blocking of means of transportation or supplies, the total or partial strike of postal services and carriers or serious weather that would cause blocking them.
In accordance with Articles L.120 - 20 et seq of the French Consumer Code , the customer has a period of seven (7) days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the receipt of the items .
Exchange or refund
For an exchange or refund , the customer must write to The vegan shop within 7 days of receipt of goods by giving the reason for his request. Acceptance of return or exchange is valid only if the product or products are intact and packaged in their original packaging . Items damaged or the packaging has been opened can not be refunded or replaced.
The refund is equal to the total amount of the order, real costs of shipping and packaging deducted (even if shipping was originally offered) .
Upon agreement, the customer returns the item at his own expense in perfect condition in its original address to be indicated packaging.

Please note that delay by the transporter will not justify a refund of the order (except in the case of damaged goods, photographic proof provided). If your parcel is returned to us because it was not picked up by the customer within the agreed 10 day period or because the home address was incorrect and the delivery made impossible, the refund will be made after deduction of the shipping's real cost (both ways) and will exclude chilled products.
