When you create your customer's account on www.theveganshop.fr, please add any important information for your delivery: door code, name on the intercom, floor, building number , etc. Chronopost will send you a text message or email confirming your delivery and, on the day of delivery a second message advising you of a 1 hour-time slot. Should this time slot be unsuitable, you will be given the possibility to change the time slot and/or the address of delivery.

Point Relais: Chronopost relies on a network of over 7000 Points Relais available throughout France.

Before validating his/her order, the customer is invited to check the opening hours of the Point Relais, available on the site when asked to choose a delivery method. The vegan shop cannot be held responsible if the Point Relais selected by the customer was closed for the delivery by the transporter, for pick-up by the customer or if the Point Relais was changed by the transporter.

This service includes tracking your package by mail (a message when your order leaves our warehouse, a second message when your package arrives at the Point Relais and a third message if the package is not picked upafter 3 days). A text message reminder is sent after 5 days (€ 0.15 charge applicable) if the parcel has not been picked up. The parcel is kept for 10 days at the Relais Colis; after 10 days, it is returned to The vegan shop at the customer's expense.

The delivery of the parcel is on presentation of an ID card or other ID document showing the same name and surname as on the package.

Please note that orders containing fresh products cannot be delivered in Point Relais stores with an abnormally high temperature (dry cleaners for instance).


Prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping and any other charges are not included.

For orders shipped outside France within the European union, payment in euro and by bank card or bank transfer only is accepted (payment by cheque is not accepted). Extra charges may occur such as customs, cost of bank transfer and are the customer's responsability.


1.1 Orders are recorded and processed upon receipt, in chronological order and shipped as soon as possible after confirmation of payment by credit card or after receipt of check.

Delivery is normally done within 24 hours after pick-up by the transporter (mainland France). We aim to send your parcel within 24 hours but, depending on the number of orders, the average shipping time might be between 1 to 3 working days (excluding holidays).

Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays and delivered by Chronopost before 14.00 the following day (or in the afternoon in rural areas). Orders sent to "Point Relais" are shipped from Mondays to Thursday only and also delivered in 24 hrs.

For the most sensitive items such as artisan cheeses and butter, we add free of charge individual ice pillows and wrap these items separately to ensure that these items travel in the best possible conditions.

Although your parcel is packed with care, in case of damage,  the customer should always check the package upon delivery and has 48 hours to contact The vegan shop so that a claim may be addressed to the carrier.

To ensure delivery in the best conditions, we invite you to add as much detail as possible with your shipping address (door code, floor, building number, alternative address ...) . The vegan shop cannot be held responsible if the order cannot be delivered in the event of incomplete information.

1.2 Returned parcels in the case of non-delivery in Point Relais or " does not live at the address "

If your parcel is returned to The vegan shop because it was not picked up by the customer in the Point Relais within the agreed 10 day period or because the home address was incorrect and the delivery made impossible, the refund will be made after deduction of the reall shipping cost (both ways) and will exclude fresh products.

1.3 Importantly, the customer is notified of the shipping of his/her parcel and therefore can expect the order to be delivered the following day (mainland France) or within 2 to 4 days for Europe. In case of delay or non-delivery of the order, the customer must contact The vegan shop immediately so that a complaint may be filled with the transporters and search for the missing parcel may be conducted. The vegan shop cannot be held responsible passed this 5 day deadline after shipping.


Are considered force majeure:  the blocking of means of transportation or supplies, the total or partial strike of postal services and carriers or serious weather that would cause blocking them. In the case of force majeure, The vegan shop is released from its obligations.


In accordance with Articles L.120 - 20 et seq of the French Consumer Code , the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the receipt of the items.


For an exchange or refund, the customer is invited to write to The vegan shop within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods (chilled items excluded). Acceptance of return or exchange is valid only if the product or products are intact and still in their original packaging. Items damaged or with an opened packaging cannot be refunded or replaced.

The refund is equal to the total amount of the order, chilled items excluded, real shipping cost deducted.

Upon agreement, the customer may return the item at his own expense in perfect condition and within 14 days to

If the condition of the item does comply with the conditions of return, the item will be shipped back to the customer at his/her own expense.
