By using or submitting an order on this website you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions described below without any reservati.

The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual and the responsibility of The vegan shop cannot be engaged.

3.1 General

The automatic confirmation of the order constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products.

The vegan shop reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order.

The information given by the customer when ordering is his/her sole responsibility. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details (address, name, mobile number, floor, etc), The vegan shop cannot be held responsible for any consequences related to the delivery of the order. The customer would be required to pay new shipping costs before a new order were shipped.

3.2 The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by The vegan shop.

9.1 The order is payable in cash by one of the means of payment offered on the site on the day of the actual order.

9.2 Payment can be made by credit card, check or wire transfer.

9.3 Payment is made by credit card. Cyberplus allows you to pay via a Banque Populaire bank server in a secure environment. Your credit card number is therefore directed to the bank's servers and your payment is made directly in a secure environment without going through the store's server.

9.4 The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the concerned bank payment centers have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email. In addition, The vegan shop reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

9.6 Payment by transfer: if the customer wishes to make a transfer, it is sufficient to contact the seller by email (contact@theveganshop.fr) and to make his request. The vegan shop will then send a copy of the company's RIB by email. The order will be sent after receipt of the transfer.

Please note that the products in stock when you order will be reserved for seven (7) days, the time for you to send us the check. After this period, we no longer guarantee the availability of the items ordered.

The prices indicated are the prices in euros all taxes included (VAT included). The shipping costs are NOT included to the price of the product.

For deliveries to countries within the European Union, additional costs may be incurred and are the responsibility of the customer (customs).

Payments are made in euros by credit card or check (for customers residing in France) and by credit card or by bank transfer for customers from European  countries (checks are not accepted in this case).

3.3 Preparation of orders
Orders are processed upon receipt, in chronological order and shipped as soon as possible after confirmation of payment by credit card or after receipt of the bank check / transfer.

The target shipping time is 24 hours but it can be between 1 to 3 working days (except holidays) depending on the number of orders to be processed and the period.

Orders are shipped from Mondays to Thursdays for a 24 hour (after collection by the transporter) within France. For European orders, shipping is carried out from Mondays to Wednesdays for a delivery between 2 to 4 days (after collection by the transporter) depending on the country.

3.4 Chilled products
For sensitive products (artisan cheeses, chocolates, butters, margarines etc), The vegan shop adds, free of charge, high performance ice packs (pillows) which can remain frozen for up to 72 hours  under normal conditions. These "cold pillows" are also reusable. If they are no longer frozen, they should simply be  rehydrated in lukewarm water to reinflate and placed in the freezer for future use.

3.5 Orders for Corsica
Deliveries for Corsica require 3 to 5 days with Chronopost. So that orders (containing sensitive products) do not risk being blocked in transit over weekends, orders are shipped on Mondays only.

4.1 Transporters and home delivery

The vegan shop has chosen to collaborate with Chronopost for a 24-hour express transport so that customers receive their orders as quickly as possible and in the best possible conditions.

Orders can be delivered at home or to a Point Relais (France) and are shipped from Mondays to Thursdays for a delivery in 24 hours (mainland France), and from Mondays to Wednesdays for a delivery in 2 to 5 days depending on the country (Europe).

4.2 The customer is informed by an automatic email as soon as the carrier collects the parcel from The vegan shop, throughout the transport, as well as when the package arrives at a point relais.

4.3 Home deliveries are normally made between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. (and until 6 p.m. in rural or difficult-to-access areas). When the order is shipped by the vegan shop, the customer receives an automated email by Chronopost reminding him/her that the delivery will be made the following morning. If the customer is likely to be absent, it is then possible, and recommended, to change the time, place or date of delivery. On the morning of the delivery, the customer will be sent a 1 hour time slot for the delivery. If the package cannot be delivered due to the recipient's absence, missing access information (digicode, name on the intercom, etc.), the package will be redirected to a Point Relais. In this case, no refund will be possible because it is the customer's responsibility to ensure his presence on the day of delivery, and / or to correctly enter the delivery address and related information. For any other complaint concerning the carrier, the customer should contact The vegan shop directly. The vegan shop cannot be held responsible for the actions of the carrier.

4.5 The customer is informed of the shipment of his package and can therefore expect to be delivered the next day (mainland France). In the event of a delay or non-delivery, the customer must contact The Vegan Shop immediately so that research can be carried out and a complaint filed with the carrier. Any refund request must be made within three days of the package being shipped. After this period, any request cannot be taken into account by The vegan shop.

Chronopost relies on a network of more than 7,000 Relay Points.

Customers are invited to check the opening days and times of the relay point before placing their orders, in order to ensure the proper delivery of the package. Information concerning the relay points is indicated when choosing it, by clicking on the relay logo on the map.

Before confirming his order, the customer is invited to check the opening days and times of the relay point of his choice. The information concerning the relay points is indicated during the validation of the choice of this one. The vegan shop cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery by the carrier, collection by the customer or change of Point Relais by Chronopost.

Given that the Relay Points do not keep orders chilled, it is therefore requested that customers collect their orders as soon as possible.

In the event of non-collection at a Point Relais, and in the case of a refund request, the amount refunded will be that of non-refrigerated products only, actual shipping costs, sending and return deducted.

The following are considered to be force majeure releasing the seller (The vegan shop) from his obligation to respect delivery times: the blocking of transport or supplies, partial or total strikes by postal services and carriers, or severe bad weather which would result in the slowing down of the latter.

In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to exercise his right of withdrawal. If a customer exercises this right, The vegan shop is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer (ambient items ONLY (article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code). The shipping return costs are however the responsibility of the customer.

7. REFUND (order and / item)
In the event of a refund request and / or a problem concerning an item received, the customer should contact The vegan shop by email within fourteen (14) days at the following address: contact@theveganshop.fr

7.1 Refunds will only be accepted if the products (ambient product only) are in their original packaging, in perfect condition, excluding fresh products. Any damaged item will not be refunded or exchanged.

7.2 After reception of the items and validation of the request, reimbursement is made within 14 days maximum.

7.3 A delay by the transporters will not justify a refund (excluding proven degradation of products with supporting photographs). A 24-hour delivery is not automatically guaranteed by carriers and does not apply to customers. In the event of a late delivery, The vegan shop will file a claim with the carrier and, after validation by said carrier, if the customer has paid a contribution to the shipping costs (€9 for metropolitan France), this participation will be refunded to the customer.
