An original seasoning produced from the juice extracted from the famous Japanese plums "ume". This seasoning, naturally pink, has a tangy, salty flavour typical of Japanese plums. Very versatile, it can be used instead of a traditional vinegar in Japanese or European cuisine and will add a little "zing" to your dishes!
Important : it is generally not necessary to add any salt when using this vinegar.
