An organic baking powder with added cream of tartar, and without phosphates. Tartar crystallizes naturally during the fermentation of grape juice (in wine bottles). This baking powder makes dough fluffy without using phosphates and is perfect for preparing soft cakes, pastries, buns, biscuits, cookies, waffles or for decreasing the cooking time of legumes in water.
Ingredients: Maize starch*, acidifying agent: potassium bitartrate (pure tartar 24.7%), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate (baking Soda)
