Cooking instructions: Put 3 or 4 heaped tablespoons of the sauce mix in a bowl. Measure 300ml of cold and take a little of this water to form a smooth paste with the sauce mix. Slowly add the remaining water to the mix. Transfer to a pan and slowly bring to the boil, stirring continuously. For a crealier taste, you can replace the water with your favourite vegan milk.
