A new cake mix perfect for those who love freshly made cakes, but do not have time to bake! It can be used to make sponges, loafs or cupcakes. It is gluten and soya free and contains coconut blossom sugar, a natural sugar with a very low glycemic index.
The contents can either make 12 cupcakes (15 min cooking time), 2 x 20cm sponge rounds (25 min cooking time), 2 loaves in a 450g loaf tin (30 min cooking time) or 1 loaf in a 900g loaf tin (50 min cooking time).
Preparation tips :
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees, gas mark 4.
Empty the contents into a bowl.
Mix 140 ml of vegetable oil and 230 ml of water. Add the liquid to the powder mix and blend with a whisk or an electric blender (minimum speed for one minute).
Pour the preparation into the tin selected et voilà!
