This scrumptious and gourmet artisan camembert is handmade in Switzerland from raw cashew nuts. It is then aged for 3 to 4 weeks following traditional and artisan Camembert making methods.

Ingredients: cashew * (70%), revitalized water, Himalayan salt, vegan cultures
