La Bonne Foi* is an elegant, gastronomic organic terrine. It received the Agri-Food Trophy in 2019 in the Culinary Arts and Innovation category. It also won the PETA Prize in the luxury products category. It can be enjoyed very fresh on toasted rye & lemon bread, "blinis" or used in sauces and various dishes for a gourmet experience.
