A delicate matcha married to floral cherry leaf

When the sakura cherry tree are in bloom, the leaf exudes subtle scents. Omnipresent in Japan's culinary tradition, the leaf (and the flower) give a typical subtle floral fragrance and flavour.

This matcha can be enjoyed the traditional way, whisked in water at 70 degrees (or in yoru favourite vegan milk for a Western version), but it is splendid added to bread or brioche doughs, in cakes, biscuits or ice-cream.

Ingredients: Shizuoka green tea, cherry blossom leaf (15%)
