A fragrant and subtle aroma

The emblematic fragrance of the Japanese cherry leaf, powerful, floral yet subtle. Chopped or ground, they are fabulous in pâtisserie - cakes, desserts, ice cream - but also divine married to vegetables, or simmered vegan meat or tofu. In Japan, they are traditionnally used for wagashi, such a s the famous sakuramochi.
