Delicious organic multigrain pasta made of brown rice flour married to naturally gluten-free quinoa and amaranth as well as organic European corn. Made in Italy by second generation millers, this delicately flavoured penne has a firm texture and complements your favourite sauce perfectly.
Bring plenty of water to the boil with a pinch of salt. Add 80g of pasta per portion. For a perfect "al dente" pasta simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta leave to boil for an additional minute. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce.

Serving suggestion: Brown Rice Pasta with Quinoa & Amaranth also makes a perfect base for a salad. Just rinse under cold running water after cooking and mix with juicy tomatoes, crunchy peppers, green beans, your favourite vegan cheese for example and a dressing of your choice.
