A deliciously marinated roasting slice rich in aromatic herbs and balsamic vinagar which can be enjoyed as a burger in a bun or grilled during the summer BBQs. A classic Mediterranean flavour perfect with grilled aubergines, peppers and tomatoes or, scrumptious in strips and served in a salad with rosemary potatoes. (2 slices)
