An easy to use pancake mix for light and fluffy pancakes. Just add a dollop of maple syrup, jam, some fresh fruits or your favourite chocolate spread and voilà!
To prepare: Mix 180g contents with 300ml milk and 300ml plant-based milk. Heat some oil in a pan. Pour dough portions in to pan and fry both sides until golden brown. Enjoy!
