The easy way to make a rich flavoured gravy without gluten! A blend of dried cereals and vegetables, naturally wheat and Gluten Free. Scrumptious on a vegan roast, or on top of potatoes.
Ingredients: Brown rice flour, cornstarch (non GM), extract of roasted barley malt (gluten free), hydrolysed vegetable protein (non GM), powdered onion, sea salt, ground white pepper
Instructions: you will need 3 or 4 heaped teaspoons of Vegetable Gravy Sauce Mix and 300ml of cold water. Add a little of the cold water to the mix and stir to give a smooth paste. Slowly add the remainder of the water to the paste. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium heat stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and serve. Add additional mix for a thicker sauce if preferred.
