This yuzu ponzu is a traditional Japanese umami-rich seasoning, that combines the typical tangy flavour of yuzu citrus juice with naturally brewed soya sauce. It is the perfect dining table condiment, ready to drizzle in your favourite salads, perfect to create zesty dressings or to use as a dipping sauce for gyoza dumplings and vegetable tempura.
