Delicate, gourmet matcha soba. The matcha is directly added to the wheat and buckwheat flour before kneading, which delicately scents the soba and adds richness.
Preparation: Cook the soba in boiling water for 3 minutes. Enjoy hot right after cooking or, if eaten cold, place the soba in ice water immediately after draining. To enjoy the delicate taste of these soba, it is best not to accompany them with strong flavoured ingredients, a mild stock or dressing is best.
