Everyone is talking about the Gondino, these hard cheeses made in Tuscany, aged like Parmesan. Made with organic chickpeas and ethical coconut oil without the labour of non-humans, these tommes are organic and perfect grated, or as shavings and added to pizzas, salads, pasta or risottos. Gluten free. 500g version for the fans!
Ingredients: water, potato starch *, coconut oil *, chickpeas * 14.9%, nutritional yeast, sea salt, natural flavours.
