Rich, blue and creamy cheese
A cream-cheese made in Tuscany, thick and creamy wich will remind you of gorgonzola (but it's not, it's vegan). With fermented soy. Perfect on a big thick slice of crusty bread, but excellent ideal for filling cannelloni or ravioli for example. Gluten free.
Ingredients: fermented soy drink * (water, shelled soya *, lactic ferments), high oleic sunflower oil *, tapioca starch *, potato starch *, coconut oil *, chickpea flour *, nutritional yeast, whole sea salt, spinach flour *, natural flavours.
