How to impress everyone with meringues and royal icings!
A versatile and easy to use aquafaba based meringue powder. Perfect to make meringues but also royal icings, buttercream icings, Pavlovas. Free of artificial flavours, colours, preservative and GMO.
Ingredients: Sugar, aquafaba powder, corn starch, cream of tartar

Royal Icing Recipe: Combine 3 TBSP of meringue powder, 4 cups of powdered sugar, and 5 TBSP of warm water. Beat ingredients together until combined. Add flavour and colour. For thin icing, add more water 1/2 TBSP at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Meringue Recipe: Combine 1/2 cup of meringue powder and 1/2 cup of water in mixer bowl. Whip with whisk attachment until stiff peaks are reached (approximately 15 minutes).
Buttercream Recipe: combine 3/4 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 cup of hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add 1/3 cup of meringue powder and beat until mixture thickens (approximately 10 minutes). Mix in 3 and 1/2 cups of sifted powder sugar at a low speed. Mix in 2 cups of softened plant based butter at low speed. Mix in colour and flavour.
