A French-style Blue Sheese, delicious with fruits such as pears and apples, but also scrumptious cubed or shaved in salads, grated in potato cakes or in quiches, on a big slice of freshly baked bread, or splendid melted in a brocoli soup. Gluten free. Made in Scotland in a dedicated vegan factory
Ingredients: Water, coconut oil, modified potato starch, maize starch, gluten free oat fibre, modified maize starch, thickeners (carrageenan, guar gum), natural flavourings, salt, tricalcium citrate, acidity regulators (lactic acid, sodium lactate), plant and vegetable concentrates (spirulina, safflower, carrot, apple), colour (mixed carotenes).
