A classic houmous made with organic chickpeas grown in the French Dordogne area. Enjoy on pita or Lebanese bread, to dunk your breadsticks in it, added to a mix plate with vegetables, falafels or vegan slices, tabouleh.
"Rififi en cuisine" are organic vegan recipes prepared with fruit and vegetables grown by producers in the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne area, and prepared in their workshop in Bergerac. Rififi en cuisine is made from fresh, seasonal, local and organic produce. Not only do we love their quality gourmet products and their sense of humour, but we also appreciate the fact that they avoid food waste by using "ugly" non standard fruits and vegetables. No colourings or preservatives, of course.
