An easy mix for flatbreads, soft and light in the centre, with a slight crunch on the outside. This delicious mix makes 6-8 soft flatbreads which can be cooked in a frying pan. You can add your favourite flavourings to spice things up a little (coriander, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, zatar etc) ! Perfect to accompany houmous or babaganoush, couscous, tajine, any salads, soups, or just by itself because it is just too good! Nut free, wheat & Gluten free, no refinded sugar, soya free
Instructions:
Just add: 7g yeast, 150ml warm water, 10ml olive oil, a little flour for kneading and baking paper: place the contents in a large bowl and add the yeast, warm water and olive oil. Mix together. Knead until a soft ball forms. Place in the bowl and cover with a clean tea towel. Leave to rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. Then form 6 to 8 small balls. Place each ball between two pieces of baking parchment and roll out to your required thickness (about 5mm). Place in a hot pan and cook for 2/3 minutes on each side. And enjoy!
