Scrumptious artisan Greek pasta.

Scrumptious traditional and artisan Greek pasta. They look like large grains of rice but no, they really are pasta, also called "bird's tongue" (but it's vegan ;) ). Rich in flavour and with a deliciously firm texture, this pasta is versatile: cooked in a soup, added to a gratin, in stuffed tomatoes or peppers, to replace rice for a Cretan risotto, or by veganising a traditionally meat-based recipe (vegan meat or TSP, juicy tomatoes, onions served on a bed cooked kritharaki).

Cook for 15 minutes in boiling water

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, salt, water

Allergens in bold. Made in a workshop that uses eggs and milk
