This apricot and coriander Moroccan Tagine cooking sauce is a thick, tomato-based sauce with a mild and herby sweet flavour. Ideal for creating a classic Moroccan Tagine stew but can also be used as a base for casseroles, as a cooking sauce, a pour-over sauce or as a dip straight from the jar.
