An authentic ready-to-use paste for a Madras curry, full of flavour, but hot hot hot! Originally from Madras in South India, this curry is spicy, but rich in flavours and authenticity.
Suggestion: shallow fry some vegan meat (vegan beef strips for exemple) or vegetables, add some onions, 2 tsp of curry paste, peppers, tomatoes, coconut milk and simmer. Cook some basmati rice, serve and just impress your guests!
