Delicious and versatile pasta with chestnut flour and lentils. With a sweet flavour and rich in character, chestnut flour is traditionally widely used in Brittany and Corsica and, unlike other gluten-free flours, has real nutritional benefits, such as proteins, essential amino acids, fiber, vitamin E, group B vitamins, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium. The combination of chestnut and lentils flour creates a delicious pasta, rich in flavour and nutrition.
