These mini sheets (around 6cm x 6cm) are really convenient as they are much easier to fit in any dish (thus avoiding waste - and frustration - when trying to break larger sheets to fit the dish!)
Now, you just need to prepare a good tomato sauce rich in juicy vegetables, some vegan mince (TVP in broth), homemade béchamel sauce, nutritionald yeast or grated vegane cheese, a little patience while it's in the oven and it's ready! Yumyumyum!
