A natural yeast extract with no added salt, with high levels of protein and B vitamins (B12: 70 µg per 100g). B vitamins are all involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats andproteins into usable energy, but some are also important for digestion,immunity and red blood cell production within bone marrow.
Use: delicious thinly spread on toast, in a hot vegan milk or perfect for baking to add a "biscuity"& malted flavour. Also tasty as a stock base for stews and sauces.
