The "Solmon" has arrived! As soon as we heard about it last year, we could not wait to offer it to our customers and here it is, finally! And it has been creating the Buzz in social media because those who had the chance to taste it have confirmed its exceptional taste and quality! So here is a beech-smoked vegan "salmon" made with micro algae grown near Oléron, Charente-Maritime in France. Unlike its animal based version, this "Solmon" is obviously cruelty-free, but it is also without P.C.B, pesticides, heavy metals or GMOs. This micro algae is also rich in iodine, omega-3, proteins, carotenoids, marine trace elements and amino acids. A refined high-end artisan product that is best enjoyed cold, simply served with lemon to fully appreciate its flavour.
Ingredients: Water, oily macerate of seaweed 10% (rapeseed, flax, Undaria pinnatifida, Himanthalia elongata, Ascophylum nodosum), maltodextrin, pea protein, starch, konjac, carrot fibre, sea salt, thickeners: xanthan gum, colour: carotenes (beta-carotene), paprika extract, acidity corrector: calcium hydroxide.
