Presented in its own recyclable baking tray, this Gluten Free Cashew & Cranberry Nut Roast Mix is incredibly easy to prepare and, with its sweet cranberries, it is the perfect alternative for cruelty-free Holiday roast.
Artisan Grains Nut Roasts make an amazing meat-free, vegan loaf which can be enjoyed by all, for a quick simple lunch with a crunchy salad, or for a more elaborate starter ou main course at dinner, hot or cold. 
  
How to cook the roast
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F (Gas mark 4).
2. Pour contents of sachet into a bowl. Add 200ml cold water. Mix and let sit for 5 mins.
3. Transfer mix into the baking tray provided.
4. Bake for 35 to 40 mins until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool a little. Slice and serve as desired.
