It's nutritious and delicious! These Kofu Spiced Chunks are made with fermented kombucha cultured tofu and sprinkled with subtle spices. The recipe was recently revised and the chunks are now firmer and their texture more "pulled meat" style. Simply pan fry the pieces and add to tacos, fajitas, stir-fries and more. Organic and gluten-free.
